Membership & Visit Fees

We strive for complete transparency in our fee structure so no one is surprised by the costs of care. All new patients are charged an intake fee of $103.35 at the time your first appointment is scheduled. This covers the fees we pay for setting up your patient portal and administrative time to get you “onboarded” with our practice. All visits will be charged at our New Patient Drop In Program Rate until we offer (and you accept) a membership plan. As we are a membership based practice, we may require you to accept membership once offered in order to continue working with us. Please click below for more information.

Services Available

IV Ozone, Intravenous Infusions, Hair Restoration, PRP, and Trigger Point / Joint Injections can all be considered a-la-carte without needing to be seen for complete medical care on a case by case basis. For example, you have a Family Practice or Functional Medicine provider you love, but just want to be seen for PRP for a knee condition. We are more than happy to work with you!

We are out of network for all health insurance companies, including Medicare.

In traditional clinics, patients are typically charged $250 to $350 for an 8 minute office visit. Lab orders and lab reviews are not done before your visit. In contrast, we are charging this for a full hour visit, and we have reviewed your labs before you arrive.

At TFMC the cash rate is what you agree to before the visit, and there are no hidden fees.

Even though we are out of network, you may use your health insurance to cover images ordered, like ultrasounds, prescriptions (if needed) and Labcorp orders.

Or, if you have a high deductible or HSA plan, you may save money by taking advantage of our negotiated cash rates with Labcorp.
